HITRONS will ship within the 48 continental states of the United States only. 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO.

Sales tax will be calculated only on orders that contain taxable items within NY.

HITRONS will ship most orders within 48 hours from when the order is received. Delivery via common freight carrier can have an average transit time of 7-14 business days. 

Once your order has processed for shipping, you will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking information.

RETURN POLICY

HITRONS accepts returns for Kimchi Refrigerators within 14 days of receipt new/unused items. The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item has been opened/used, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued after the item(s) has been received and inspected.

If the item is damaged or defective, an exact exchange of the item will be provided to the customer at no cost.
